This 42-storey tower has a jump-formed concrete core, steel frame and stainless steel and glass curtain wall. The power and cooling systems were significantly enhanced by the tenant and incorporated in the building during construction. At speeds of over 8 metres per second, this building has the fastest lifts in Europe.
The adjacent 16-storey building was built first and subsequently connected to the 42 storey tower.
CWC were also responsible for the tenant's fit out works.
