Although Canada Square is home to three of the tallest buildings in the UK, we have also completed other buildings of individual character, as well as a large underground structure, housing a retail mall and three levels of parking.

Churchill Place forms the eastern end of Canary Wharf and is currently dominated by One Churchill Place designed by architects HOK. This is the seventh tall tower to be built at Canary Wharf and consists of basements, a lobby and 29 office floors. Key features include five levels of atria, 35 lifts and four levels of plant room. All staircases are contained within three reinforced concrete cores, and the enhanced steel frame allows two perimeter columns to be removed without compromising the structural integrity of the building. One Churchill Place is clad in stainless steel and glass, and the internal finishes to public areas comprise natural stone and wood veneers.

Supporting this area are four bridges over the dock and a retail mall. Further development is planned.
